✨New User Profiles Are Here!

We’re so excited to introduce the new User Profile page! This has been a long time coming, and we’re thrilled to finally bring it to you.

You can now view and manage users in one place:

• View Key User Details — Title, Department, Manager, Phone, Location, and Email

• Add Custom Fields — Start dates, alternate emails, or other fields you need

• Access Assigned Items — Assets, Accessories, and Licenses are organized in separate tabs for easy navigation

• Sync Jira Emails - Jira emails sync automatically; all other details are added manually.
